We take great pride in offering a curated selection of coastal décor, local artwork, handcrafted goods, and unique boutique items. Because many of our products are artisan‑made or one‑of‑a‑kind, availability may change without notice and variations in color, texture, or size are normal.

Placing An Order


PLACING AN ORDER & DELIVERY OPTIONS

Order Processing

Orders placed through our website are processed in the order they are received. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is submitted. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Payment

All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept major credit cards and any additional payment methods displayed during the checkout process.

Local Pickup

Local customers may choose In‑Store Pickup at Matlacha Menagerie. You will receive a notification when your order is ready. Orders must be picked up within the timeframe stated in your confirmation email.


Shipping


Shipping is offered for select items:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
  • Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination
  • Tracking information will be provided when available

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.


Returns & Refunds


Because many of our items are handmade, locally crafted, or one‑of‑a‑kind, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement (if available) or store credit.

Non‑Returnable Items
